Many people have a misunderstanding about airsoft, they think its scary and that it teaches kids the wrong message about shooting guns. However, on the contrary, there are many benefits to letting your kid participate in airsofting:

Introduces them to working as a team and solving objectives
Allows them to just have fun and let loose with their friends

Gets them off their xbox, tablet or phone and requires them to use their mind and body while developing social skills and participating as a member of their peer community.
